The word Retreading is quite self explanatory. It is a simple, although delicate, process in which the worn-out tread of a tyre is replaced with a new one, thus extending the life of a tyre and making them fully operational, exactly like how they were before.
The most important aspect of Retreading is the tread being used to replace the original lifeless tread. As mentioned in our introduction, we use Super cool, a tread manufactured by using state of the art German technology and uses an advanced special rubber compound. . As the name denotes, these treads use a heat and wear resistant formula, which disperse itself 40% of the temperature generated by friction on the road. Hence by protecting the tyre casing against overheating which is the major cause of tyre burst.
